Bridges Catering offers full services for all types of catered events. Our event coordinators will expertly guide you through all of your event requirements including menu development, onsite servers and bartenders, bar services, tableware, linens, décor, and more.
Weddings
From the moment you say 'I do' we work with you to make every part of the planning process seamless and simple and your occasion truly special. Our services cover every detail including surveying the event location to menu planning and bar services. We arrange and provide serving staff, tableware, linens, decor, onsite coordination and everything you need to make your day a success.
Individually Packaged Meals and Meals To Go
We offer individual packaging for all of our menu items to safely serve your group.
We can also package your order in individual bags for a convenient and mobile meal to go. Bridges Catering would be pleased to customize a Meal to Go menu for your event. Please enquire for creativity!
Disposables
We are pleased to offer eco-friendly disposable plates, cups, and cutlery for your catering.
Rentals & Accessories
Bridges Catering can arrange rental items including flatware, dishware, glassware, tables, chairs, linen, tents, catering equipment, accessories, and décor to ensure you have everything you need for your special event.

Dietary Requests
If you have special dietary requests, please advise us when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that all meals are prepared in a kitchen that uses nuts, peanuts, wheat, dairy, and other allergens. We do take great care in the preparation of all meals although we cannot guarantee any of our products to be free of specific ingredients or cross contaminants.
Bar Services
Bridges Catering offers bar services for full-service events. Whether you require beer and wine, specialty cocktails, a signature drink, a full bar, or a champagne toast, we offer custom bar services to suit your event. We provide alcohol and mix, ice, garnish, and bar supplies for your host or cash bar. We also offer corkage if you would prefer to supply your own alcohol.
Host Bar - Bridges will supply and serve the alcohol, mix, ice, and garnish for the bar at your event. A charge for the alcoholic beverages that your guests consume will be applied to your final invoice.
Cash Bar- Bridges will supply and serve the alcohol, mix, ice, and garnish for the bar at your event. Guests will purchase tickets with cash for alcoholic beverages.
Corkage -If you would like to supply your own alcohol and liquor license, we can provide the bar supplies, mix, ice, and garnish. A corkage fee per person will be applied to your final invoice.
