At Bridges, we're celebrating 30 years of planning and preparing fabulous food to highlight events and occasions from business breakfasts and lunch meetings to grand openings and training sessions in Edmonton and the surrounding area. Whatever the event, from a boardroom meeting with a dozen colleagues to an outdoor wedding with hundreds of guests, our promise is to make it memorable.

From the moment you say 'I do' or announce your new product launch, we work with you to make every part of the planning process seamless and simple and your occasion truly special. Our services cover every detail from surveying the location to menu planning and bar services. We provide serving staff, tableware, linens, décor, onsite coordination, and everything you need to make your event a success.

Can you package meals individually?

Yes, we absolutely can! All meals can be delivered either individually packaged or buffet style.

How big are your station portions?

Our station portions are meant to be a filling snack. If you are trying to feed a group lunch using a station, we recommended doubling your portions and adding a salad.

Do you cater weddings?

We sure do! We cater weddings, birthdays, corporate events, memorials and everything in between.

Do you cater on the weekends?

We have limited availability on weekends. Please reach out to us to inquire further.

Is there a minimum amount of people I can order for?

Our minimums range from 8-12 people depending on the menu. If you order under our minimum a $2 per person additional charge will be added.

Is there a maximum amount of people I can order for?

No! We are able to handle large scale events.

If I order a drop off service, do I have to set everything up myself?

We do all the set up. No matter a small drop off or a large full-service event. We will deliver and set up all of your food.

Can I order breakfast menus all day?

Absolutely! If you want pancakes for dinner or pulled pork for breakfast, we can accommodate.

What if someone in my group has a dietary restriction?

No problem. Simply tell us how many individuals have restrictions and what they are, and we will create a special meal that fits their needs.

Please note all meals are prepared in a kitchen which uses nuts, wheat, dairy and other allergens. Although we take great care in the preparation of all meals, we do not guarantee any of our products to be free of specific ingredients or cross contaminants.

Do you supply rental dishes and linen?

We can arrange rental items from one of our trusted suppliers including flatware, dishware, glassware, tables, chairs, linen, tents, catering equipment, accessories, and décor to ensure you have everything you need.
